Dwight Clark autographed San Francisco 49ers jersey in black felt tip pen, embroidered with a diagramed play of "The Catch" below the numbers on the back of the jersey.  Clark played on two Super Bowl teams during his career with the 49ers, and famously caught the winning touchdown pass from legendary 49ers quarterback Joe Montana late in the 1982 NFC Championship game against the Dallas Cowboys, leading to the 49ers first Super Bowl championship and launching a dynasty.  Includes an official James Spence Authentication (JSA) hologram and matching COA for authenticity purposes.  The signing of this item was witnessed by JSA.
