Shipping of Purchased Items
All items purchased will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. We carefully package and ship all of our items through major shipping companies to prevent damage to your product. All items are insured with tracking for your protection. Please see the Damaged or Lost Items section below if you should have any issues with your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Please email us with your issue and item number, or call (951) 805-1497 within 48 hours of receipt of package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment.
- For damaged items we may issue a ‘call tag’ to have your package picked up. The customer should HOLD the package for the carrier service to pick up the package for inspection. It is the customers responsibility to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier, or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund.
- The customer must save all original
packaging, including packing
materials, invoices and Certificates of Authenticity. These should be
resealed inside the package for return. Damage claims will not be
processed if the item is not in its original packaging with all
paperwork as specified above.
- If the transit carrier determines the item was damaged during transit, we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase.

If you should have any concerns regarding a Gridiron Greats item's authenticity, contact us to return the item for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the item. It's just that simple. We strive to satisfy every customer, and we painstakingly verify every piece of merchandise we sell. We do not sell any item until we have personally verified its authenticity with the biggest and best independent, third-party expert certification houses in the industry.
Shipping and Processing of Refunds
Items must, of course, be returned in original condition with all original paperwork and Certificates of Authenticity. It is strongly advised that merchandise be returned with tracking and insurance through the shipping company. Gridiron Greats Football Memorabilia will not be held liable for damaged or lost items. Returned items will be re-checked to verify matching original certification of authenticity and condition of the item, and refunds will be processed in 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued according to the original purchase method or as a cash refund, per our discretion. No refunds will be issued beyond 60 days of receipt of merchandise.
